Our Mission

We are a non-profit organization that provides education, mentoring and support tools to girls ages 10-15 who want to learn about business or aspire to create their own. We accomplish this with the leadership of high school junior and senior students, who volunteer to form  Early Entrepreneurs Clubs at their school to teach young girls. We also support girls' entrepreneurship education through our website, webcasts and learning events.

When women are not exposed to the business industry at a young age, by the time they start learning about it, the field feels foreign or daunting, so they are reluctant to join it. Especially when they don’t have any female role models in entrepreneurship, it’s hard to imagine themselves in such an occupation.
